6.5. Checklists in Service Requests

A PPM service request follows the standard lifecycle: assignee selection, work execution, completion, and closure. The description field displays a short maintenance name, while a checklist containing every prescribed operation is generated automatically inside the request.

Each checklist task is completed independently. The system automatically records the person who performed it and the completion date and time. When necessary, the assignee can leave a comment or attach supporting photographs.

Checklists ensure that no operation required by the maintenance procedure is missed.
