2.1. Signing In

To begin using the platform, open the address provided by the system administrator in your browser. It usually has the following format:

https://<organization>.service.rt-data.ru

On the sign-in page:

1. Enter the username or email address registered in the system.
2. Enter the password.
3. Click “Sign in.”

After successful authentication, the user is redirected to the ServiceBack home page based on their assigned role and access level.

The platform address may differ depending on the selected deployment option (SaaS or on-premises) and is determined by the company's administrator.
